01 — Threat Assessment
Analyze duty environment, mobility targets, and required strike face and jacket coverage, weapons level protection, functions of the user and focus areas need to combine to analyse threat detection. This is linked to detailed cost benefit analysis linked to lifecycle support.
02 — Engineering & Testing
Once the threat is fully assessed a risk rating of importance is identified as priority inclusions vs nice to haves. Prototype plates and jackets validated through ballistic labs, then tuned for comfort and balance.
03 — Delivery & Training
Coordinated logistics, fitment workshops, and maintenance resources for plates and jackets in the field. Detailed storage and maintenance suggestions are submitted to be communicated to personnel.
